Review Of Tresemme Smooth and Silky Conditioner

The Smooth and Silky conditioner from Tresemme is made for dry or brittle hair. It contains Vitamin H & silk proteins. I purchased it from Target and have used it several times.

It is very reasonably priced. I think it is about $3.50 for a 32 oz bottle now. It can probably be found at all of the major discount stores. I would consider it to have a light amount of protein since the proteins are listed at the bottom of the ingredients list. It is not too thin and not too think. It can be used to detangle if desired.

To me the scent is pleasant although it does not linger in your hair after it is rinsed out. I don't think it is overly moisturizing and it may not be the right product for those who have protein sensitive hair.

I give this product three stars because of the price, availability, and the fact that it can be used to detangle.

Our Stylists Suggest: Apply an adequate amount from mid-shaft to ends first (like you're making a ponytail). Work anything that's left through roots. Run a wide-tooth comb from roots to ends to detangle hair and fully coat hair. Leave on for 2-3 minutes and then rinse thoroughly. Always start with shampoo.
